I had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel, which became an unforgettable part of my trip. The location is stunning, providing both a peaceful escape from city life while being conveniently close to attractions. My room was beautiful and comfortable, but I did encounter a few minor issues with the bathroom setup. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Dining was a highlight, with meals that were truly exceptional. I can't wait to return!

Rooms

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, featuring the most comfortable bed. However, I did notice a lingering smell that detracted from the experience slightly.

The service was fantastic, with the staff creating a warm family-like feeling and offering helpful recommendations for local spots to visit.

The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet just outside the bustling city, making it easy to explore both the scenic surroundings and nearby attractions.
Dining
10.0
Dining was a remarkable experience, with freshly prepared meals that far exceeded standard offerings. The breakfast spread was particularly memorable.
Facilities

The facilities were lovely but could benefit from a bit more variety. The pool area was small but well-kept.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the Ein Karem location is stunning and the grounds are beautifully landscaped, the room I initially received was small and poorly designed, lacking adequate storage. The service varied significantly, with some staff being helpful while others were quite rude, which significantly impacted our experience.

Rooms
5.0
The first room was disappointingly small and cramped, with no closet space and a poor layout, although the second room in the main building was slightly better but still inadequate.
Service
5.0
The service was inconsistent; while I encountered some pleasant staff, others, particularly at the reception, were unhelpful and unprofessional.
Location
8.0
The hotel is located in the picturesque Ein Karem area, which is absolutely beautiful and has its own charm, but it's a bit removed from the city center.
Dining
5.0
Dining options during my stay were limited and didn’t meet expectations, particularly due to their breakfast schedule.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel grounds are lovely, featuring a beautiful courtyard and surroundings, although some amenities were not up to par.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. I was enchanted by the charming atmosphere and exceptional dining experience, but unfortunately, the service and some room amenities left much to be desired. While the location is absolutely perfect for exploring, the issues with the room's comfort and the uncaring attitude from the staff were disappointing. Overall, while there are highlights, some aspects need serious improvement for it to be truly special.

While I had a terrible experience with the hotel overall, it did have some redeeming features. The setting is beautiful, making it a charming spot away from the hustle of the city. However, my overall stay was marred by numerous issues, including poor service and uncomfortable room conditions. Not to mention, the dining experience didn't meet expectations at all.

Rooms

The room itself was spacious, but it was plagued by flies and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Location
7.0
The hotel is located in a charming area, just outside of the city's bustle, providing a pleasant escape despite my other experiences.
Dining

The dining experience fell completely flat; my first dinner was overpriced and poorly executed, leaving a sour taste despite the stunning settings.

The overall facilities were not managed well, given the electrical issues and lack of response from the management.

My stay at this hotel turned out to be a huge disappointment. While the facilities and ambiance were charming, the service and some of the room features left much to be desired. The dining experience was also frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic getaway. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations set by their website and previous experiences.

Rooms
5.0
The room was a disappointment, with glass doors that lacked proper closure, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was right above the bed, blowing warm air directly on us.
Service
5.0
The service was unprofessional and unresponsive. I faced issues with the hot water that were not handled appropriately.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located a bit outside the main city, which makes it feel serene and away from the chaos, but it also means it's not as accessible to various attractions in Jerusalem.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was frustrating; I ended up with an expensive burnt steak and no alternatives were offered, which was quite disappointing for such a reputable place.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were unique and could have been appealing, but they were marred by service issues and uncomfortable room conditions.
